Northampton Market Presents the Petition to the Council - Wednesday 4th March 2009
The flags were out from early on in the day, with shoppers soon clustering around to see what was going on.
Eamonn ‘Fitzy’ Fitzpatrick worked on the loudhailer, bringing people around to sign the Petition.
A drummer livened up the proceedings and helped gather an inquisitive crowd.

Looks like a stormy sky, but luckily everything stayed dry through the event.
